The rainbow light meditation is a technique that uses the imagination of the rainbow’s light to concentrate within while disconnecting the body and the mind. It is really useful because everyone has seen a rainbow at least once. So you can do it.
First, you are going to imagine a circle with colors of the rainbow inside your stomach, with each breath these circles grow larger more and with each breath, covering firstly your body, then the room where you’re located, then your apartment, and it grows until you can´t see it.
Now the light covers everything and starts disintegrating; your body, the objects inside your house, your neighborhood, and the city. It leaves your conscience. Enjoy that moment with the light that can see everything inside nothing. keep your concentration on breathing and connect with everything that you know.
Your past, your present, and your future are in the same moment at the same time, the present is here. You can start again, you can be born again, and become a different person capable of making different decisions with love. Keep this mode for at least 5 minutes more and then come back slowly, imagining that it all implodes and returns to the first part, in you
